The following article has been adapted from the original by Dai Llewellyn, which focused on two players. It has been changed to highlight only the selected inductee’s information.

Former Romania captain Mircea Paraschiv led his country’s side at Twickenham in 1985. Paraschiv, who won 33 caps at scrum half, had also captained Romania to victory over Wales in 1983 and called the shots in the close-run affair against New Zealand two years previously.

Now Paraschiv has a permanent place at Twickenham, as part of a tribute to players from all over the rugby world to mark their achievements in and contribution to the global game.
